6. Ordering and Payment
Once you place an order, it's final. You need to pay before we can start processing it. If you have an unpaid order and want to cancel it, reach out to Customer Support. We can cancel or refuse any order, especially if we think something fishy is going on.
7. Returns and Refunds
Because of the nature of our products, returns and refunds have some rules. Unopened and sealed products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. If something's wrong with your order (like it's defective or the wrong item), contact Customer Support within 7 days with photos or a video. We'll help you return it and get a replacement or refund. To return something, contact Customer Support, give them the details, and they'll give you a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Use a trackable shipping service. Refunds are processed within 3 business days after we get the returned item. Original shipping costs aren't refunded unless the item was defective or wrong. You're responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect. Once you've paid, you can't cancel an order. Unpaid orders can be canceled through Customer Support.
8. Shipping
Check our Shipping Policy page for details on shipping times, methods, and international rules. Shipping times are estimates, and we're not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies, customs, or unexpected events.
9. Payment and Billing
Double-check your billing and shipping info! PayPal users need to verify their shipping address. Changing your address after your order ships might cost extra.
10. Chargebacks and Disputes
If there's a problem, contact Customer Support before filing a chargeback. Chargebacks filed directly with your bank or PayPal will lead to account suspension, loss of rewards, and maybe even legal action.
11. Promotions and Discounts
Promotions and discounts are subject to availability and specific terms. Discounts can't be used on past orders, and usually, you can only use one promo code per order.
12. Community Rules
If you use our Community Section, follow the Community Guidelines. No illegal stuff, hate speech, harassment, spam, or unauthorized advertising. We can remove content or terminate accounts that break the rules.
