Do you offer international shipping? How are shipping fees calculated?
If overseas orders face customs clearance issues, how is this resolved? Will we bear the costs?
Customs clearance procedures for international orders are determined by local customs authorities. If issues arise, we advise customers to contact their local customs office. (Such situations are rare.) Tariffs and related fees are the customer’s responsibility.
How long does order processing take? When will my order ship?
We typically process orders within 12–24 hours and arrange shipping on the same day your order is placed.
What delivery options do you offer? Is expedited or same-day delivery available?
We provide Standard Delivery (2–8 days), Express Delivery (2–4 days), and same-day delivery (currently available in Toronto, Canada).
Can orders be picked up in-store or scheduled for a specific delivery time?
We currently do not support in-store pickup or scheduled delivery times. Delivery timelines depend on logistics partners.
Are orders trackable? How can I check shipping status?
Yes, all orders (except same-day delivery) include tracking. You can view logistics updates via your account order page or email.
What if an order is lost during transit?
First, contact the courier company to investigate. If unresolved, reach out to customer support, and we will assist.
Can orders be delivered to hotels or PO boxes?
Hotel addresses are acceptable, but ensure delivery aligns with your stay to avoid delays. PO boxes are only supported in Canada and must be affiliated with Canada Post.
How do I correct a wrong shipping address?
If the order has not yet shipped, email support@onaholestation.com immediately. If already shipped, contact the courier company directly to update the address.
