AITIA Doll Care & Safety FAQ

How should I clean my doll when it first arrives?

After opening the box, allow the doll to air out briefly.
Give the doll a full-body wash with mild soap, dry thoroughly, and lightly dust body powder over the skin.
A small amount of fragrance is acceptable (avoid the face area).
Some joints may feel slightly tight at first—gently move them a few times and they will loosen naturally.

How do I clean the vaginal/anal canal after use?

  • Wash the internal canal thoroughly with a dedicated irrigator.
  • Do not spray water directly into the doll using a strong hose.
  • Use a sponge swab or absorbent stick to remove moisture.
  • Allow it to dry fully before applying powder to prevent odor or mold.

How can I prevent stains on the skin?

Silicone can absorb strong pigments. To avoid staining:

  • Avoid prolonged contact with dark clothing, tight outfits, or dark wig caps.
  • Pre-wash dark garments (warm saline soak recommended) before dressing the doll.
  • Use a light-colored base layer under dark costumes.
  • If a minor stain appears:
Apply mineral oil or olive oil, wrap with plastic film for several hours, then wipe clean.

What are the recommended storage conditions?

Store the doll in:

  • A dry, cool, clean environment
  • Away from direct sunlight
  • Temperature between 3–35°C (37–95°F)

Avoid high heat, closed cars, heaters, or any place with temperature spikes.

Can the doll stay sitting or standing for long periods?

Not recommended.
Long-term pressure on joints or soft parts can cause:

  • Creases
  • Compression marks
  • Material fatigue
After use or photoshoots, return the doll to the factory (neutral) pose:
    lying flat with relaxed limbs.

Avoid placing heavy objects on top of the doll when stored.

Do I need to use padding during use or photography?

Yes.
Never place the doll directly on concrete, wooden floors, or hard tables.
Use:

  • A soft blanket
  • A rug
  • Foam padding

This prevents surface abrasions and scratches.

What cleaning products should I avoid?

Do NOT use:

  • Bleach
  • Alcohol
  • Strong acid or alkali cleaners
  • Abrasive scrubs
  • Chemical solvents

If you’re sensitive to materials, test a small hidden area first.

Are scratches, dents, or creases normal?

Temporary marks can appear if the doll:

  • Sits for too long
  • Has bent joints over time
  • Is pressed against hard objects

These usually fade once the doll is returned to a neutral position.

Why is there a seam line on the side of the doll?

This is a normal molding seam from the manufacturing process.
It is not a defect.

Why do the eyes look slightly uneven?

Minor variations in eye positioning can occur between batches.
You can gently adjust the eyes to set the gaze direction.

How accurate are the measurements?

Measurements have a normal tolerance of ±3–5 cm, depending on the model and posture during measurement.

Is it normal for the doll to feel slightly oily?

Yes.
High-quality silicone may release small amounts of oil over time.
Simply clean and lightly powder the skin.

How do I protect the makeup on the head and face?

  • Do not wash the makeup area with water.
  • Avoid rubbing or using chemical removers.
  • Clean only non-makeup areas with a gentle wet wipe.

Factory makeup uses a long-lasting process but still requires gentle care.

Will the body paint or coloration fade?

AITIA uses a professional coating process.
Under normal use, it will not peel or fade easily.
However, avoid:

  • Heavy friction during dressing
  • Rough fabric
  • Repeated scraping when posing

What should I do if I see slight color differences on the skin?

Minor color variations between different standard skin tones are normal and part of the production process.
